Opening of Meeting by Chairman:

Executive Session for Reason #2: To conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with non-union personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with non-union personnel. (Police Chief)

Executive Session for Reason #3:  To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares.  (DCR)

6:05 pm – Girl Scouts re:  Discuss Selectmen’s duties, local laws and being a responsible citizen

Sign Treasury Warrant #18 and payroll

Acceptance of meeting minutes.

  • Set time for annual town meeting
  • Resignation from Peter Rock (Veterans’ Agent)
  • Appoint Meghan Johnson to Recreation
Treasurer/Collector staffing
  • Town clerical staff wage review
  • Possible STM necessary? (Reserve fund backfill, snow removal fund, transfer for Treasurer staffing, other shortfalls ie ambulance repairs)   (3/3/2014)
